Praetorian Capital is an investment management firm founded in 2019 by Harris “Kuppy” Kupperman, who serves as its Chief Investment Officer.

The firm is based in Rincon, Puerto Rico and Miami, FL. Its adviser, Praetorian PR LLC, is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser and with the CFTC as a commodity pool operator, and is a member of the NFA.

The firm manages Praetorian Capital Fund LLC and Praetorian Capital Fund II LLC, both Delaware vehicles, and an offshore feeder, Praetorian Capital Offshore Ltd., in the Cayman Islands. The strategy is concentrated and long-biased in global public equities. It pairs top-down thematic analysis with bottom-up fundamental research to find companies and industries at structural inflection points. The portfolio typically holds eight to twelve positions or baskets for several years, alongside an actively traded event-driven book. Firm-wide assets were approximately $380.7 million as of September 30, 2026.
