We believe that diverse and inclusive cultures are vital to the alternative investment industry. Our Culture & Diversity Working Group aims to produce practical guidance for effective strategies to promote culture and diversity both within individual firms and within the industry more broadly.

Future discussions and guidance within this working group will include:
- Recruitment & Pipeline: discussions around recruitment and pipeline, including production of a resource guide to help managers and allocators reach their goals
- Goal setting: how to measure and set goals around culture and diversity
- Staff retention: how to promote an inclusive culture and other methods to increase staff retention
