With over 20 years of capital market and portfolio management experiences, David Chua is an experienced investment manager and asset allocator with prior track record with Prudential plc, Munich Re, Goldman Sachs, Nomura and Standard Chartered Bank. His core expertise lie in Asset Allocation, Fund Management, ALM and Derivative Hedging.
A CFA charterholder since 2006, he holds a clear grasp of macro trends and proven track record of delivering investment returns for financial institutions. He delivers in strategic and execution roles - developing and implementing total return / active portfolios, constructing liability-driven solutions. With effective stakeholder management and people leadership skills, he is frequently entrusted by CEOs and Board as a strategic thought partner, business change leader and to evaluate M&A transactions.
Co-Head of Public Markets, Khazanah Nasional Berhad
Faris specializes in quantitative investment and risk management with over a decade of experience in the asset management industry. Currently co-heading the global public equity portfolio and heading the Developed Markets equity portfolio in Khazanah, Faris provides top-down investment strategies and framework across active-passive spectrum, equity styles, regions and sectors.
Faris is also responsible for the overall risk budgeting, portfolio construction, strategic and tactical allocation, and manager selection for the relative and absolute return mandates in the liquid assets space to ensure the portfolio achieves its risk-return objectives.
Managing Director, External Portfolio Management, CPP Investments
Sajjad is a seasoned investment professional overseeing the external managers portfolio in the APAC region for CPP Investments. He joined CPP Investments in 2008, contributing to the buildout of the external managers program, and relocated to Hong Kong in 2019.
He holds a Master's in Mathematical Finance from the University of Toronto and an MSc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Raj is an advisor to Cheyne Capital based in Singapore Raj is also the founder of iCapital Advisory Limited, an advisory firm that works with GPs in both APAC and London looking to raise AUM from Family Offices, Private Banks and institutional investors in Asia.
Prior to this, he was a senior Managing Director at Citigroup where he was responsible for the Financial Institutions Solutions business in APAC (ex-Japan). His role at Citi involved extensive engagement with CFOs, CIOs and regulators of financial institutions regionally to identify key problems & issues and propose cross-asset class solutions including the delivery of derivative solutions and alternative investments.
Raj was also responsible for the Citi International Funds Distribution business in APAC. Raj has over thirty years of experience dealing with and advising financial institutions in both Europe and Asia in respect of a wide mandate that covers risk & capital management, various forms of financing and investments into alternative products. Raj has held various senior client-facing roles at Lehman Bros, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan in Europe and Citibank Asia.
He is a qualified UK Chartered Accountant (having previously worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers) and holds a BA Hons in Economics from Manchester University.
Portfolio Manager, Manulife | CQS Investment Management
Mark is a Portfolio Manager. He is Deputy Head of the Firm's convertible bond business, having been instrumental in its development and growth since inception. He chairs the Convertible Investment Committee.
Mark has an investment banking background in convertible bond research, sales, trading and origination. He rejoined CQS in 2014, having previously worked at the Firm from 2008 to 2011. From 1998 to 2008 he was Managing Director and Head of European Convertible Bonds at Bear Stearns International Ltd. Mark began his career in convertible bond research at BZW (now Barclays Capital) where he was a top-ranked convertible research analyst and most recently was Global Head of Convertible Bonds and Co-Head of Equity Derivative Sales.
Mark holds a BSocSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Birmingham and an MSc in Finance from London Business School. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Head of Asia Pacific Business Development, Private Alternatives, PGIM
Eduard Wehry is a managing director and head of Asia Pacific Business Development at PGIM Private Alternatives. Based in Hong Kong, Eduard is responsible for managing and developing PGIM Private Alternative’s client relationships with Asia Pacific institutional investors.
He is a member of PGIM Real Estate’s Asia Pacific Executive Committee and Head of Hong Kong. As part of the PFI and PGIM families, PGIM Private Alternatives comprises PGIM Real Estate, PGIM Private Capital, and Montana Capital Partners (mcp). PGIM Private Alternatives provides clients with seamless access to a comprehensive set of investment and financing solutions across private credit, real estate, agriculture, sustainable investing, infrastructure, and private equity. Eduard joined PGIM in February 2016.
Prior to joining PGIM, Eduard was the Asia Pacific regional head of Investors Services at CBRE Global Investors and a member of its Global leadership team, as well as its regional Investment Committee. Prior to this, Eduard was regional head of Institutional Clients at ING Real Estate Investment Management. He began his career in 1995 in Investment Banking and spent 11 years working in corporate finance M&A advisory roles in Amsterdam, London, and Hong Kong, with ING Barings, Baring Brothers International, and ING Corporate Finance. Eduard transferred to Hong Kong in April 2000 and has been based in Asia since, gaining broad experience in working in the different markets across the region.
Eduard holds a master’s degree in business administration from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Mr. Wong joined PAG in 2023 as a managing director responsible for Group investor relations in the Asia Pacific region.
He formerly spent 18 years with AllianceBernstein, Franklin Templeton, Oaktree Capital, and Leucadia Asset Management in related functions.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

CEO, Ubiquant Asset Management Company Ltd
Mr. Zhang is the CEO of Ubiquant Asset Management Co., Ltd. He has over 23 years of global investment management experience, including 7 years in New York and 8 years in Singapore, before he moved to Hong Kong in 2017.
Prior to joining Ubiquant in 2023, Mr. Zhang was the deputy CIO of Ping An of China Asset Management (HK) Limited, looking after overseas capital markets investments for the Ping An Group. Prior to joining Ping An, Mr. Zhang was the head of external managers research at Avanda lnvestment Management in Singapore from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Steve was a multi-strategy portfolio manager at the global Fund of Funds industry leader, Permal Group, where he managed multiple billion USD assets on the strategy level from 2002 to 2014. The Permal Emerging Markets Holdings under his management was awarded the best emerging markets fund of funds in the world by the Barron's and Invest Hedge, respectively.
Mr. Zhang graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with an MBA degree in Finance. He is a CFA charterholder.
