Before joining Albourne, Chantal worked at Nephila Syndicate Management Ltd in London as a Senior Analyst - Underwriting & Claims. Earlier, Chantal spent two years at Hiscox, London as an Underwriting Insights Analyst.
Chantal holds an MSc in Empires, Colonialism & Globalisation from the London School of Economics & Political Science, and a BA in Political Science & German from Binghamton University, New York.

Charles Mixon is Head of Business Development for Swiss Re Alternative Capital Partners. Based in New York, Charles is responsible for building direct partnerships between Swiss Re and institutional investors and allocators globally for Swiss Re's insurance linked securities strategies. Charles has over two decades of asset management experience, with fifteen years in the ILS asset class managing a portfolio of industry loss warranties and cat bonds.
Previously, he worked for multiple global private equity firms focused on investment sourcing, analysis, and execution.
