Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. (“Farallon”) is an investment management firm which invests in public and private assets globally. Farallon was founded in 1986 and has been a SEC-registered investment adviser since 1990.

Waterfall Asset Management is a global alternative investment manager focused on specialty finance opportunities within asset-backed credit, whole loans, and real estate debt and equity. Waterfall is also the external manager of a publicly traded REIT.

Founded in 2005 by Jack Ross and Tom Capasse, Waterfall currently has approximately $13 billion under management and 160 employees.
