Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) is an American multinational aerospace and defense conglomerate headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts. It is one of the largest aerospace, intelligence services providers, and defense manufacturers in the world by revenue and market capitalization.

The RTX pension group is a small team of 12 professionals at RTX overseeing over $113B in retirement plans with 52% of the assets in defined benefit plans, 46% in defined contribution plans and 2% in VEBAs and other trusts. RTX has obligations to pay benefits to approximately 350,000 employees, former employees and their beneficiaries. RTX utilizes over 100 asset managers investing in most global asset classes including $6B in Hedge funds, $4.5B in Private investments and $3.5B in Real Estate.
