SBAI Welcomes New Stakeholders: Kliff Capital, LibreMax Capital, RAM Active and Swiss Reinsurance

Kliff Capital is a privately held investment firm dedicated to growing and preserving their partners’ wealth for future generations. The firm invests globally across a range of strategies and asset classes and is agnostic on sector or structure. Kliff Capital is also an active investor in various capital markets and private opportunities.

The firm was founded in 2020 and headquartered in Bangkok. Kliff currently has a Cayman listed fund that invests in hedge funds, venture and privates deals and funds. The main objective of the fund is to provide “safe yield” where families can preserve and grow their wealth.

LibreMax Capital

LibreMax is an $8.8 billion asset management firm specializing in structured products across both public and private markets. The Firm offers a diverse platform of alternative, long-only and opportunistic strategies as well as CLO management. Headquartered in New York, LibreMax was founded in 2010 and has 54 employees, 31 of whom are dedicated to investments, quantitative analysis and risk management.
